Our bhojanalya is located right in Hissaria Bazar, which is one of the more crowded parts of Sirsa. If you know Sirsa Ho, you know how busy the market gets, especially on the weekends. We are at the 125056 pin code area. It is a very local atmosphere here. Every morning, the shops around us start opening their shutters, and the noise of the bazaar begins. We are right there in the thick of it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just some family and local workers. The building is older, and we keep it as clean as we can given all the dust from the market street. People come in from the nearby villages and the city alike. Hissaria Bazar has its own rhythm, and we have just become a part of it over time. We serve the people who are out doing their shopping or running errands in the bazaar. It is not a place where you come for luxury, just for a meal that feels like it was made at home. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, like everyone else on this street. It is just the reality of running a small place in Haryana. We do not make tall claims about what we do. We just open up, cook, and hope the day goes smoothly for everyone who walks through the door. It is a simple life for us here in the bazaar.
