Dosa Xpress

Dosa Xpress is located in the Old Civil Hospital Market in Sirsa. We are right there in the Sirsa Ho area, specifically near the LIC Office. This market area has a lot of history and there are always people coming to the hospital or the government offices nearby. Our shop is just one of many in this busy market. It can get quite hectic during the day with all the bikes and cars trying to find parking. We don't have a lot of space for people to lounge around, so it is more of a place where you eat and then go about your business. The name might sound fast, but we still take the time to cook things properly on the flat top. The air in the market can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have a few fans going to keep it bearable. We aren't interested in being a fancy restaurant with waiters in uniforms. It is just us in our regular clothes serving whoever walks in. Most of our furniture has been around since we opened and shows a bit of wear and tear. We spend our mornings getting the sambar ready and chopping onions. It is a lot of chopping, to be honest. Being near the LIC office means we get a lot of office workers during their lunch break. They are usually in a hurry, so we try to keep up with them as best as we can.
