Subhash KA Dhaba

Subhash KA Dhaba is located right in Sirsa Ho, over by Rania Gate. If you are from around here in Haryana, you probably know the area well. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and cars passing through all day and night. We’ve been running this dhaba for quite a while now. It’s a simple setup with basic tables and chairs, meant for people who want a quick, filling meal. We don't have any air conditioning or fancy decorations. It’s just a place where the stove is always hot and the tea is always brewing. Most of our customers are drivers or locals who are just passing through Rania Gate. We start early in the morning to get the first batch of food ready for the breakfast crowd. The kitchen is always noisy with the sound of pans and people talking. We don't really have a fixed menu; we just make what’s fresh and what people usually ask for. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by the end of the day because we didn't expect so many people. It’s just me and a couple of helpers doing all the work. We live nearby, so we spend most of our time here at the dhaba. It’s a tough life with long hours, but it’s what we do. We don't claim to be the best, we just serve what we have to the folks who stop by. If you’re ever near Rania Gate, you’ll find us.
