Sach Restaurant

We are located at number 7 in the Shah Satnam Ji Super Market. This is right in the Shah Satnam Ji Dham area of Sirsa. It’s a quiet enough part of Haryana most of the time. We have been in this shop for a good while. The market gets quite a few visitors, especially when there are events happening at the Dham. We aren't a very large restaurant. We have just a few tables and some chairs that we've had since the beginning. My cousin works the front and I stay in the back with the cooking. We don't have a big printed menu with photos. We usually just tell people what we cooked fresh that morning. It’s a simple life here in Sirsa. We open up the shutters early and sweep the front. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the middle of the day, but we've got a small window for some air. We don't use any fancy machines or gadgets. We do things by hand. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or those visiting the market for their weekly shopping. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming here with their own families. It’s nice to have that connection with the town. We don't try to be like those big city places. We just keep our corner clean and serve the food hot. It's a lot of standing on our feet, but we don't mind the hard work.
