Pahuja Restaurant

Our place is on Hissar Road in Sirsa. We are right near the New Bus Stand, so we get a lot of people who are waiting for their bus or just arrived in town. Being near the bus stand means it is always noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the food. It is a simple restaurant. We serve mostly vegetarian meals. Thalis are popular here because they are quick and fill you up. We open early so people catching the first bus can get some tea and breakfast. The address is Sirsa HO, Sirsa-haryana 125055. We’ve seen the town change a lot over the years, but our little spot stays the same. The furniture is plain and we don't have any air conditioning in the main area, just big fans. It gets hot in the summer, but people don't seem to mind much as long as the food is fresh. We buy our milk and curd from a local dairy. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who do everything from taking orders to cleaning the tables. It's not a place for a fancy dinner, just a place for a regular meal.
