Royal View Restaurant

Royal View Restaurant is located in Rania Bazar, which is a pretty central part of Sirsa. We are right there in the Sirsa Ho area. It is a busy market street with a lot of shops around us. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local foot traffic. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don’t have any fancy decorations. There are just tables, some chairs, and a kitchen that stays hot all day long. The building is an older one, but it does the job. We get a lot of people coming in who are just doing their shopping in the bazaar. They need a place to sit for a bit and eat. We try to keep the water cold and the food hot. That is pretty much our daily goal. Running a place in Sirsa means you know everyone in the street. We talk to the shopkeepers next door and see the same delivery guys every morning. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the cleaning and the supplies. Sometimes we run out of something and have to send someone to the market quickly. It is just the way things go in a small business. We aren't part of any big chain. It’s just this one location in Rania Bazar. We stay open until late evening and then we go home and do it all again. It is honest work for us.
