Vaibhava Vidya Nikethana School

Vaibhava Vidya Nikethana School is situated in Shimoga, or Shivamogga as many call it now. We are tucked away in a part of town that’s quite green and nice. The weather here can be very rainy, so we spend a lot of our time making sure the school stays dry and comfortable. The building is just a normal structure, nothing that would stand out to a stranger. Inside, it’s very basic with simple classrooms and wooden desks that have been around for quite a few years. We don't use much in the way of computers or fancy screens. We think that sitting down with a book and a pen is still the best way to get things done. The people who work here all live nearby, so we see each other at the market or the bus stop. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big website. I’m just writing this as someone who handles the daily tasks at the school. The kids are just local kids from the neighborhood. Some days are smooth and other days are a bit of a mess with kids running around and things needing to be fixed. We just follow the government syllabus and try to keep everyone on track. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, which is good for the students. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local school doing our part in Shimoga. It’s a steady, plain life for all of us here.
