Plytopioneer School

Plytopioneer School has its own building in Aavinahalli, which is a small area near Sagar in the Shimoga district. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main highway noise. The school building is a solid structure that stands out in the village. We have students coming in from the surrounding farms and houses every day. The atmosphere here is very relaxed and local. Most of the staff members live within a few kilometers of the school, so they are very much a part of the Aavinahalli community. Inside, the classrooms are simple with basic furniture. We have a small office where we keep all the records and talk to parents when they drop by. There’s a lot of open space around the school where the kids can play after they finish their lunch. We don't have fancy sports facilities, but they make do with what we have. Shimoga gets a lot of rain, so sometimes the playground is a bit soggy, and the kids have to stay inside. We follow the state board mostly and keep the lessons straightforward. It’s not a big corporate school; it’s more of a local place where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We just focus on the daily routine of teaching and making sure the school runs smoothly. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place for the kids in this part of Sagar to get their education.
