We’ve been working out of 58/2-B in the Ks Building for quite some time now. Being right here at Five Roads makes it easy for folks to find us, though the traffic gets a bit much during the afternoons. At Talema Electronic (India) Pvt. Ltd., our days usually start with the sound of the shutters going up and the smell of morning tea from the shop next door. It’s mostly about electronics here. We have benches set up with all sorts of components and wires scattered around, but we know where everything is. The fans hum all day to keep us cool while we look at boards and check connections. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We aren't a big flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power flickers, and we have to wait a minute for things to reset, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We handle a lot of shipments and keep track of inventory on clipboards that have seen better days. If you stop by, you’ll probably see a few of us sitting outside during lunch break just watching the cars go by. It’s steady work and we like it that way. We don’t do much talking about goals or anything, we just show up and make sure the electronics are handled right before they head out the door.
