It is a good spot for people traveling through this part of Salem. We focus on veg food because that is what we know best. The restaurant is quite simple, with basic seating and a kitchen that stays busy from early morning. Being on the highway means we see a lot of different people, from truck drivers to families on vacation. We try to keep the place cool because the Salem heat can be quite a lot during the summer months. The petrol bunk nearby brings in a lot of folks who just need a break from driving. We don't have a huge menu, just the standard things people expect when they want a vegetarian meal. Our staff are mostly local people from Pannapatti and the surrounding villages. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook, serve, and clean up at the end of the day.
