Saravana Parottas

We are over at No 30 in Udaiyappa Colony. It's right there in Peramanur. Most people know the spot because we are opposite to Government Arts College in Salem. We've been doing this for a while now. The parottas are what we do. It gets busy here, especially with the college crowd right across the road. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded but that is just how it is in this part of Peramanur. We keep things simple. People come in, eat, and go. There is no fancy stuff around here. Just tables and chairs and the food being made. If you are walking around near the college, you will see us. The address is 636007 if you are looking it up on a map. We see a lot of the same faces every day. It is a small place but we manage. You don't need a map usually, just ask for the place across from the college. We start early and finish when the dough runs out. That is how it goes at Saravana Parottas. It is not a big chain or anything. Just a local shop in the colony. We've seen the area change over the years but the college stays the same and so do we. Nothing much else to say. We are just here doing our work every day. If you happen to be in Salem, specifically the Peramanur area, this is where we are located. Our door is usually open.
