Sangam Shudh Veshno Bhojnalay

The spot we have is on Circular Road in Rohtak, right near Sunarya Chowk. Serving pure vegetarian food is what we do here. It is a simple bhojnalay where people come to eat a quick lunch or dinner. We don't have a menu that changes every day; we mostly stick to the traditional dishes that everyone likes. The place is often full of people from the nearby shops and offices during the afternoon. We use simple tables and chairs, and the kitchen is right there where you can hear the pots clanking. It is a bit of a noisy place when it is busy, but that is part of the charm. We don't use any fancy ingredients, just the stuff we get from the local market. The food is made to be like what you would get at home. Some people have been eating here for years and they don't even need to look at what is available. They just sit down and we know what they want. It is a hardworking environment and we stay on our toes from morning until we close at night. We don't do any delivery or anything, you just have to come in and sit down. It is a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the people in Rohtak.
