Ebowla

Ebowla is our small place located on the 2nd floor of building R-245 on Delhi Road. We are right in the Model Town area of Rohtak, quite close to Medical Mor. It’s not on the ground floor, so you have to head upstairs to find us. We’ve been here for a bit now, serving the locals and the people working nearby. The space isn't huge, but we've arranged it so there's enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Being near the medical area means we get a lot of people who are just looking for a quick break from their day. We keep things pretty straightforward in the kitchen. There isn't a lot of noise or fuss, just us cooking and getting things ready. I spend a lot of time making sure we have enough supplies coming in from the local vendors. Rohtak is growing, and we see more traffic on Delhi Road every year. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just want to be a reliable spot where you know what you’re getting. Sometimes it gets a little hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. It’s just me and a couple of helpers most days. We focus on the daily routine and making sure the place stays tidy for whoever walks through the door. If you are near Medical Mor, just look for the R-245 sign and come on up.
