Cafe & Restaurant Nishcay

We are located near the Delhi Bye Pass in Rohtak, right on Hari Bhumi Lane. It is a spot that sees a lot of people coming and going because of the highway nearby. Being on Hari Bhumi Lane means we are in a bit of a transition area where the city meets the outskirts. We started this place because we wanted to have something of our own in this part of Rohtak. The building is simple and we have tried to make the most of the space we have. Every morning, we sweep the front and start the prep work in the kitchen. It is just a few of us working here, and we handle everything from the cooking to the accounting ourselves. There is no big office behind us, just the daily reality of running a small business. We see a lot of truckers and travelers who are just passing through, along with the people who live and work nearby. The air can get a bit dusty from the bypass, but we just keep the doors open and keep working. We do not have a lot of rules about how things should look; we just want it to be a place where the food is ready when people are hungry. It is a lot of hours and not much rest, but that is how it goes. We are just a local Rohtak cafe and restaurant trying to stay busy and do things the right way.
