Bajrangi

Our place is called Bajrangi and we are located at Mata Darwaja Chowk, near the Gohana Stand in Rohtak. The address is 124001. It is right there at the Mata Darwaja, so it is easy to find if you are in that part of town. We keep things very simple here. It is not a place with a lot of staff or fancy uniforms. It is just a small shop where we do our daily work and hope for the best. The area around Gohana Stand is always crowded with buses and people traveling to nearby villages. Because of that, we see a lot of different faces every day. I usually start the day by cleaning the front area and getting the supplies ready for the day's work. Rohtak can get very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so we just adapt to the weather. The furniture is basic, just enough for people to sit for a few minutes while they eat. We don't really have a big sign or any marketing. People just know us because we have been at this spot for a while. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when too many people come in at once, but we just handle them one by one. It is a very ordinary business, but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We just focus on what we need to do and try to stay consistent for the regulars.
