You can find Ashtha Restaurant right on the Delhi By Pass Road in Rohtak. We are very close to Hafed Chowk, which most people around here know well. Rohtak - 124001 is where we’ve been operating for a while now. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks and cars passing by at all hours of the day and night. We opened this place because we saw how many people needed a decent place to eat while they were traveling. The restaurant isn't anything too flashy. We have tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy from morning until late. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a bit. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive menus. We just serve the kind of food that fills you up. Near Hafed Chowk, there is always something going on, so it never gets too quiet around here. Sometimes the dust from the road gets to be a bit much, but we try to keep the inside clean for whoever walks in. It’s a lot of hard work, especially in the summer when the heat in Rohtak gets really bad. But we are used to it by now. We just do our thing, cook the food, and make sure the customers are okay. It’s just a regular local business trying to do an honest job every day on the bypass. There is always a pot of tea ready.
