Dana Pani Dhaba

Dana Pani Dhaba is located about 10 kilometers from Beri if you are heading towards Kalanaur on the Meham Jhajjar Road. We are right next to the HP Petrol Pump in Kahnaur, which is in the Rohtak district. Being on the highway means we see a lot of people who are just passing through, traveling from one town to another. There is a police chowki nearby too, so the area stays pretty safe and monitored. The road can get very dusty and hot, especially in the middle of the day. We have a simple setup here, the kind of place where a truck driver or a family on a road trip can stop to stretch their legs. It isn’t a fancy restaurant, just a dhaba on the side of the road like many others in Haryana. We’ve got plenty of space for parking because of the petrol pump next door. The routine is pretty much the same every day—watching the cars go by and waiting for the next customer to pull in. Rohtak is a busy area and this road sees a lot of traffic. We don't use any marketing tricks; we just rely on people seeing our sign and needing a place to eat. It’s a practical business for a practical location. We keep the water cold and the food ready for whoever stops by the Meham Jhajjar Road. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just make do with whatever we have at the moment. It’s just the reality of being out here on the highway, I suppose.
