Bharat Vaishno Dhaba

Our dhaba is right on Rohtak Road in Rohtak. It’s one of those places where people stop when they are traveling or just passing through the 124001 area. We don’t use any onion or garlic here because it’s a Vaishno place, which is how we’ve always done it. The road is always busy with trucks and cars, so there is usually some dust and noise, but that is part of being a dhaba. We have some tables and chairs, and the kitchen stays busy most of the day and late into the night. It’s not a polished restaurant with air conditioning; it’s just a regular roadside spot. We make the rotis fresh when someone sits down to eat. Most of our customers are regulars who drive this route often. They know where we are and what to expect. We don’t have a big team, just a few people cooking and cleaning up after everyone. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big group shows up all at once. We just do the best we can to get everyone fed. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. If you’re on Rohtak Road, you’ll see the Bharat Vaishno Dhaba sign. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just simple food for people on the move, and we’ve been doing it this way for years. That is how it goes here.
