Ashirwad Shudh Vaishno Rosai

Ashirwad Shudh Vaishno Rosai is our little place in Shivaji Colony. We are located right near the post office lane, and the ice factory is just across from us. Rohtak can get quite busy, especially in this part of town, so we stay pretty active throughout the day. We focus on vegetarian food because that is what we know how to do. The kitchen opens early so we can get everything ready for the people who stop by for a meal. It is not a very big space, but we make it work for everyone. Most of our regulars live nearby or work in the shops around here. Sometimes the street gets blocked up with traffic near the post office, but people still find their way to us. We try to keep things simple and honest. There is always a lot of cleaning and chopping to do every single morning. We do not have fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a kitchen where we cook daily meals for the locals. Living and working in Shivaji Colony means we see the same faces every day, which is nice for us. We have been here for a while now. The ice factory landmark helps people find us if they are new to the area. We just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure there is enough for everyone who walks through the door. It is basic work, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up late at night.
