Pandit Vaish Bhojnalay is situated on Hisar Road in Rohtak, right opposite the Old Sharya Mill. We are also near the Hisar Bhiwani Link Mod, which is a busy junction for trucks and travelers. Because of our location, we see a lot of people who are on long drives or workers from the nearby mills. It is a purely vegetarian place, which is what Vaish stands for, and we keep it that way. The building is simple and we have enough space for people to sit down comfortably after a long day of work or travel. The road outside is always noisy with heavy vehicles, but inside it is just about the food. We serve standard meals that are easy on the stomach. We don't go for anything modern or stylish in the bhojnalay. The tables are sturdy and the service is quick because people are usually in a hurry to get back on the road. Rohtak is a central hub for many routes, so Hisar Road is always active. We have been here at this spot for years, watching the area around the old mill change over time.
