Pahalwan Da Dhaba

We are out on the Rohad Bypass in Sampla, right on the way to Rohtak. Most people who stop here are truck drivers or families driving long distances. It’s a typical dhaba setup. We have the outdoor seating and the heavy wooden tables. We focus on North Indian food. Lots of parathas with white butter and tall glasses of lassi. The bypass is always busy with traffic, so we stay open long hours. We don't have fancy decorations. It's just a place to sit down and have a heavy meal before getting back on the road. The kitchen is always open. You can see the tandoor going from the road. We get our vegetables from the local market every morning. The staff lives nearby.
