Mannat Dhaba

Mannat Dhaba is sitting right at the 59 Milestone on National Highway 10. We are near Chuliana Mor, so we get a lot of travelers coming through Rohtak. It’s a busy spot, especially on weekends when everyone is out on the road. We’ve been at this 124001 location for a long time. People stop here because they’re hungry and tired of driving. We don’t have any fancy waiters or menus. It’s a dhaba, through and through. We bring out hot food and give people a place to sit down for a bit. The highway is always humming right outside our door. It can be a bit noisy with the trucks zooming by, but that’s life on National Highway 10. We don't bother with polished slogans or big ads. We just cook what we know and try to keep the tables clean. Some of us have worked here since the beginning. It's hard work, especially in the heat, but we stay busy. Being near Chuliana Mor makes us easy to find if you're keeping an eye on the milestones. We see all kinds of people, from truck drivers to families on vacation. We don't act like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just a roadside stop in Rohtak where you can get a meal and a break. That’s the long and short of it. We just keep the stove going and the chairs ready.
