Sai Bhojnalaya

We are located right at Durga soren Chowk in Namkum, which stays pretty busy most of the day. Being so close to the ESI Hospital in Ranchi means we see a lot of people coming and going. Some are just passing through and others are visiting family at the hospital. We started Sai Bhojnalaya to give folks a place to sit and eat something simple. The kitchen stays hot and we are usually busy from the morning until we close up for the night. Namkum is a good area but it can get dusty with all the traffic near the chowk. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure everything is ready for the next group of people. Most of us here have lived in Ranchi for a long time so we know the local streets well. It isn't a fancy place with big signs. It is just a regular building where we cook every day. Sometimes the rains make the road outside a bit messy but that is just how it is here. We focus on the daily routine of chopping vegetables and getting the fire going. People know where to find us because the ESI Hospital is such a big landmark in this part of town. We just try to keep things moving and make sure no one leaves hungry. It is hard work being on your feet all day but we like the neighborhood.
