Punjabi Hunt

Punjabi Hunt is located over on 11 North Samaj Street in Tharpakhna. If you are from Ranchi, you probably know where Maa Tara Sweets is. We are right behind them. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but people find their way here eventually. The street can be narrow, especially when everyone parks their scooters outside. We started this small place because we wanted to work for ourselves. It isn't a huge restaurant with many floors. It is just a ground-floor shop where we spend most of our day. We do all the prep work every morning, chopping vegetables and getting the stove ready. Ranchi is a busy town now, but our neighborhood still feels like a community. We see the same faces every week. We don't have any corporate office or fancy uniforms. We just wear what we have and get to work. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We keep the doors open and the food ready. It is an honest living for us. We don't use any complicated recipes or expensive equipment. It is just a basic kitchen setup. If you are walking around Tharpakhna near the sweet shop, you will likely stumble upon us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with decor. We just want to serve a meal and go home at night.
