Nirmal Vatika Restaurant

You can find us on Kanke Road in Ranchi, not too far from Chandni Chowk. Nirmal Vatika Restaurant has been a part of this neighborhood for a bit now. We call it Vatika because we have a little bit of space that feels a bit more open than just a closed-in room. People around here like to come in when they want a break from the noise of the main road. It is a bit of a walk from the center, but people seem to find their way here easily enough. The kitchen isn't very large, but we manage to cook everything from scratch every day. We don't really believe in using frozen stuff or pre-made packets. Sometimes the service is a bit slow because we make things as they are ordered, but nobody seems to mind too much. They just sit and talk while they wait. We get families on the weekends and office workers during the week. The rain in Ranchi can be quite heavy, and those are the days we sell a lot of hot tea and snacks. We try to keep the place tidy, though the floor gets a bit dusty with everyone coming in from the road. It’s just us running the show here, trying to make sure everyone leaves with a full stomach and a nod of satisfaction. We just want to keep serving the local community here on Kanke Road for as long as we can.
