Nimboo Restaurant

Nimboo Restaurant is sitting right on N H 33 here in Ranchi. We are tucked in near Booti More, right beside Manan Vidya School, so we see a lot of students and parents coming by during the day. It’s a handy spot if you’re traveling on the highway and need a break from driving. The name Nimboo is simple, and that is how we like to run things. We cook every day and the kitchen gets quite hot in the afternoons. Sometimes the road noise from the highway is a bit loud, but inside the tables are set and ready. We’ve been here for a bit now, serving whoever walks through the door. It isn't a huge place, but it works for a quick meal or if you want to sit down with your family for a while. The school kids come in for snacks sometimes, which keeps us on our toes. We don't have any big corporate ideas, just a kitchen and some chairs. Being near Booti More means there is always something going on outside. We just keep the doors open and the food coming. Most people find us because they’re passing by on the way to somewhere else or they live right in the neighborhood. It is a straightforward kind of place where you can just grab a bite without any fuss. We are just a local restaurant doing our thing on the side of the road.
