New Sheetal Agni Restaurant

We are located right on the Main Road in Tatisilwai, not too far from the Bank of India. It’s a busy spot in Ranchi, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic passing by. We started this restaurant to give local workers and people from the bank a place to get lunch. The morning starts with us prepping vegetables and getting the stove going. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just some sturdy tables and enough space for people to eat. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to manage, but we stay open as much as we can. People mostly come in for a quick meal during their break. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. It gets a bit cramped when the lunch hour hits, but everyone seems to manage. We aren’t trying to be anything special, just a place that serves food to the neighborhood. Tatisilwai is growing, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We spend our evenings cleaning up and getting ready for the next morning. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps the doors open. If you’re near the bank and hungry, you’ll probably see our sign out front. We keep the fans running to beat the Ranchi heat, but on some days even that isn't enough to keep it cool.
