Mirch Masala The Veg Restaurant

Our restaurant is located on Kanke Road in Ranchi. We are right opposite the Ram Mandir, which makes us pretty easy to spot even when the road gets busy. We decided to go with a fully veg menu because that’s what we felt the area needed. It’s a simple place. We don’t have those fancy waiters in suits or menus that you can’t understand. We just serve vegetarian food to people who are passing by or live in the neighborhood. Ranchi is growing fast, and Kanke Road has changed a lot, but we try to keep things grounded here. The kitchen is always running, especially around lunchtime when people are out and about. We put out the tables, make sure everything is clean, and wait for the first customers. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen, but it’s what we do. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a veg restaurant for regular people. You can see the temple from our front door. If you’re walking down Kanke Road, you’ll see our sign. We keep the lights on and the food ready. It’s a practical spot for a quick meal or a sit-down dinner with the family. No fuss, just food and a place to sit. We’ve been here for a while now and know the local faces.
