Min Mins Chinese Restaurant

We are located on the 3rd floor of the Lia Complex in Ranchi, which is in the Pepee Compound area. If you are near the Sujata Cinema Hall, you are pretty much there. It is a bit of a hike up to the third floor, but we have been here serving Chinese food for quite a while. The place isn't anything fancy, just a regular restaurant where you can sit down and have a meal. We have some tables for families and a kitchen that stays busy most evenings. Ranchi is a loud city, and some of that noise definitely makes its way up here. We mostly do the standard Chinese dishes that people in the area have grown up eating. The cooks have been with us for a bit, and they know how to handle the rush when the movie theater lets out. We aren't trying to be some high-end establishment. It is more about providing a place where you can get some noodles or fried rice without a lot of fuss. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the market was thin that morning, but we usually make do. The staff is mostly local kids and a few older hands who know the ropes. We just keep the lights on and the food moving. It is a simple business in a busy part of town, and we like it that way.
