Mahal Multicuisine Restaurant

If you are ever on Radium Road in Ranchi, you might see the sign for Maharaja Inn. We are actually located inside there. Mahal Multicuisine Restaurant is our name, and we handle a bit of everything when it comes to the menu. Being inside an inn means we get a mix of people staying there and locals who just walk in from the street. Radium Road is a central part of Ranchi, so there is always something happening outside. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. Our kitchen is busy because we don’t just stick to one type of food. We have different stoves and pans going at the same time to keep up with the variety. It’s a lot to manage, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm over the years. We aren't a big chain restaurant with uniforms and scripts. We are just people who like to cook and serve food. Sometimes the dining room is full and loud, and other times it’s just a few people having a quiet meal. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. We just make sure the tables are wiped down and the food is hot. It’s a practical place for a meal in the 834001 area, and we think the location works well for anyone passing through the middle of the city.
