We are located right at the Jetalsar Junction, which is a busy spot for anyone traveling through the Rajkot area. The village of Jetalsar is just a little ways off from us. This place is pretty large because we have both the eating area and the rooms for people to stay in. Running a resort out here means we have to keep an eye on everything from the plumbing to the kitchen supplies. The highway brings in a lot of different people, some just stopping for a quick bite and others staying the night because they are tired from the road. The air out here is a bit different than the city, though the trucks going by make a lot of noise. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors because the dust from the road just blows right in. The kitchen gets busy around lunchtime when the buses pull over. We do not do anything too complicated here. It is just about having a place where someone can sit down and rest for a while. The garden area needs a lot of water since it gets quite hot in this part of Gujarat. We are just a family-run kind of place trying to keep things moving. Most of our staff lives nearby in the village, so we all know each other well and just work together to keep the rooms tidy.
