Ajayraj Restaurant & Banquet

We are out here on the Gondal Highway in Shapar. It is a busy stretch of road because of all the factories and the toll plaza right nearby. People driving from Rajkot or heading towards Gondal often pull over here because we have a lot of space. The restaurant is one part of it, and then we have the banquet area for functions. During wedding months, it gets very crowded with families and loud music. On regular days, it’s mostly workers from the nearby industrial area or travelers needing a break. The dust from the highway is something we always have to deal with, so cleaning is a constant job. We have been at this spot for quite a while now. The building is easy to see from the main road. Inside, it is just simple tables and a lot of light. We don't do anything too fancy. The kitchen stays busy from morning till late at night. Sometimes the toll plaza causes a traffic jam that stretches right past our gate. You can hear the trucks honking all day long. It’s just how it is out here on National Highway 27. We mostly just focus on getting the food out and making sure the hall is ready for whoever booked it. It's a family-run kind of place where things move at their own pace. We don't have a big corporate team, just local people working here to keep the place running every day.
