Bajrang Dining Hall

You can find Bajrang Dining Hall on the 150 Feet Ring Road in Rajkot. We are right opposite the Khodiyar Hotel, near the Mavdi Chowkdi. It is a very busy part of the city, 360005. Our dining hall is the kind of place where people come for a full meal when they are hungry and don’t want to spend too much. We serve simple food, mostly the kind of things people eat at home every day. The Ring Road is always full of trucks and cars, so there is a lot of dust and noise outside. Inside, we have rows of tables and it gets very loud during the lunch hour when everyone arrives at once. I am usually busy making sure the food is being served quickly because most of our customers are on their lunch break and need to get back to work soon. We don't do any fancy plating or have a menu with hundreds of items. It is just a fixed meal most of the time. The kitchen is large because we have to cook in big quantities. After the rush dies down, we spend a lot of time scrubbing the floors and cleaning the big utensils for the next shift. It is hard work and the heat in Rajkot doesn't make it any easier. Mavdi Chowkdi is a major landmark around here, so most people find us without much trouble. We just keep the doors open and the food ready.
