Anjali Chinese & Punjabi

You will find us on the 150 Feet Ring Road in Rajkot. We are situated right across from the Ford showroom which is a big building. There is also a Hanuman temple right beside us which is a good way to find our shop if you are driving. We do a mix of Chinese and Punjabi food here. It might seem like a weird combination but people in Rajkot seem to like having the choice. We have the big woks for the noodles and the heavy pots for the Punjabi gravies. The Ring Road is always busy with cars and bikes zoomimg past. We get a lot of noise from the traffic but we are used to it after all this time. Our kitchen is always busy in the evenings when people get off work. We have a few tables set out but a lot of people just take their food home in parcels. We use local ingredients that we get from the market every morning. The staff is just a few of us working together. We do not have a uniform or anything corporate. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Rajkot is a growing city and this road has changed so much since we first opened the doors. We just keep doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the orders get backed up when it is a weekend but we try to move as fast as we can. It is a straightforward eating house for anyone hungry.
