Balaji Restaurants

We have been here on 50 Feet Road in Rajkot for a while now. Most people find us because we are right opposite Patel Pan, which is a busy spot in the Palsana Society area. It's just a regular place where people come to eat when they are around Kothariya Main Road. We don't have anything fancy going on, just tables and chairs and the kitchen running all day. Sometimes it gets crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out on the street. It can be a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but that is just how it is in this part of town. The staff knows most of the regulars by name since they stop by so often. We try to get the food out on time so nobody has to wait too long. It is a family-run kind of setup. We keep things clean and simple. You can see the kitchen from the seating area if you look. It is just a local spot for a quick meal. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. People come in, eat, and go about their day. Being near the main road means there is always something happening outside. It’s a straightforward business and we just try to keep up with the daily rush. The floor gets a bit dusty with all the people coming in from the road, so we are always sweeping. It’s just us doing our work every day.
