Arya Kathiyawadi Family Restaurant

Our place, Arya Kathiyawadi Family Restaurant, is right in the heart of Kishanpara. We’re located near the Kishan Para Chowk, just across from the VIP Bag Showroom and near Danapani Restaurant. It’s a great spot in Rajkot because there’s always people walking around. I wanted to have a place where families could come and feel at home. It’s not a fancy establishment with white tablecloths. We use plain tables that are easy to clean. The decor is just whatever we’ve picked up over the years. I think it makes the place feel more real. We focus on Kathiyawadi food because that’s what we know best. Sometimes the spice levels vary a little because we do everything by hand, but that’s how home cooking is. My nephew helps out on the weekends when it gets really busy. 360001 is where I grew up, so I know a lot of the families around here. We’ve seen kids grow up and start bringing their own children here. It’s a nice feeling. The street outside can get a bit loud with the traffic near the chowk, but inside it’s just the sound of people eating and talking. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just us here in Kishanpara. If you’re looking for a regular meal in a regular place, you can find us opposite the bag shop. We just try to do our best every single day.
