Vijay Patel Restaurant

We are located right on the Gondal By Pass, along National Highway 8 B in Rajkot. Our spot, Vijay Patel Restaurant, is easy to see because we are opposite the Landmark Honda Showroom. Being on the bypass means we mostly see people who are traveling long distances or truck drivers who need a break from the road. The restaurant is a simple structure meant for heavy use. We don't have fancy decorations or soft music. It is a place to sit down, eat, and get back to your journey. The dust from the highway is something we are always cleaning up. Rajkot weather can be tough, but we stay open regardless of the heat. We start cooking early so that the morning travelers can get something to eat. The menu is limited to things we can make well and serve quickly. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a long time. We all know the routine. When the big trucks pull over, we know it's going to be a busy hour. It is a very practical kind of business. We don't spend time on social media or advertising. The sign on the highway does the work for us. People stop because they are hungry and we are there. It is just a regular roadside restaurant serving the people on the move.
