The Bhagwati Restaurant

We are over at Shraddha Complex on Amin Marg in Rajkot. It’s a pretty easy spot to find because we are directly opposite Ganga Hall. We’ve been running The Bhagwati Restaurant for a while now. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking. We just serve the kind of food we grew up with. Rajkot is a place that loves its food, so we try to keep things consistent. The restaurant isn't very big, but we manage. We don't have a team of fancy chefs in tall hats. It’s just us and a few helpers in the back. We use simple ingredients that we buy every morning. Sometimes the lunch rush gets a bit out of hand and people have to wait, but nobody seems to mind too much. We don't have a corporate office or a brand manager. We just handle the bills and the cleaning ourselves. 360001 is our home. We’ve seen other shops come and go on Amin Marg, but we’ve stuck around. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather spend the time in the kitchen. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel. We just want to be a reliable place where you can get a meal. It's a simple, everyday kind of restaurant. We’re just regular people serving our neighbors. We hope the food tastes like home to the people who eat here.
