Swamis Restaurant

We opened Swamis Restaurant over on Sadhu Vaswani Road in Rajkot a few years back. You can find us in Block Number 16 of the Nilkamal Society. We are right across from the Sun City Complex on University Road. It is a good area because there are always students and families around. The restaurant itself is not very large. We have a modest kitchen and a seating area that gets pretty full during the dinner rush. We didn't hire a fancy designer for the place. We just put up some simple decorations and painted the walls ourselves. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We focus on making food that tastes like it was made in a regular kitchen. My uncle helps with the cooking and I handle the customers at the front desk. Sometimes we get really busy and the service might be a little slow, but we do what we can. We have had some trouble with the plumbing lately, but we got it fixed. Running a restaurant is a lot of work and long hours. We usually don't get to go home until very late at night. We don't have a website or anything. Most people just see our sign while they are driving on University Road. We just keep our heads down and keep the stove going for everyone who comes into Swamis Restaurant.
