Shrihari Restaurant

Shrihari Restaurant is located in Bhayavadar, right on the Kunkavav Main Road. Our place is at A-01 in Ranchhod Nagar, which is pretty close to Subhash Chowk. It is a straightforward eating house where we spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front talking to the regulars. The building isn't brand new, and you can tell we’ve been here for a while by the way the floor looks near the entrance. Most of the folks who come in are from the neighborhood or people passing through on the main road. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us making sure the food is ready and the tables are wiped down. The morning starts early with getting the stove going and prepping whatever we need for the lunch crowd. Ranchhod Bhayavadar is a small area, so everyone mostly knows everyone else. It can get a bit noisy when the lunch rush hits and everyone is talking at once, but that is part of the charm of a local spot. We keep things simple here. There aren't any fancy decorations or complicated menus. Just a place to sit down and eat something warm. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, and the street outside is always busy with bikes and tractors, but it feels like home to us. We just focus on getting the day's work done and closing up at a decent hour.
