Shri ram Chinese Punjabi

At Shri ram Chinese Punjabi, we have our setup in Ronak Complex. This is on the main road, specifically Gondal Road in Rajkot. The area around here is quite well known because the vruddha ashram is very close by. We see a lot of people passing through this part of Rajkot every day. It is 360002 for the pincode. We have both Chinese and Punjabi items on the menu, which keeps us busy in the kitchen. Sometimes the Punjabi dishes take more time and the Chinese ones are fast, so it is a mix of speeds. Working in Ronak Complex means we see the same faces from the nearby shops quite often. It is a simple place, nothing too decorated or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food out to the tables or packed for people going home. The main road is always noisy with traffic, but you get used to it after a while. Being near the vruddha ashram makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. We open up and start the prep work long before the first customer arrives. There is always a lot of chopping and cleaning to do. It is just how a regular kitchen on Gondal Road runs. We don't have any big corporate office, just this spot in the complex where we do our work daily. The kitchen is our main focus from morning until we close late.
