We have been in this spot for some time now. Making parothas is what we spend our time doing. It is a straightforward job but it keeps us busy from morning until night. The Gokul Complex is a familiar building for anyone living around Mochi Bazar. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It is just us working in the kitchen and serving the people who come by. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the market traffic right there, but we are used to it by now. The vegetable market brings in a lot of different people, so we get to see a bit of everything. We like being part of this local scene in Rajkot. There is no need for anything fancy when you are just making food for the working crowd. We keep our space clean and focus on the parothas.
