Shree DEV Bhojnalaya

Our bhojnalaya is located on Halvad Road in the Mahendranagar area of Morbi. It is a place where a lot of workers and truck drivers stop by. The road is always dusty and full of heavy vehicles, so we stay busy throughout the day. We serve simple food, the kind you would eat at home. There are no fancy chairs or air conditioning here, just wooden benches and big fans. We start the cooking very early in the morning so the first batch of food is ready by the time the shifts change at the factories. My family helps out with everything, from kneading the dough to serving the plates. It is a tough job because of the heat from the big stoves, but we have been doing it for years now. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. People just know where we are by word of mouth. If you are driving down Halvad Road, you will see our board near the industrial units. The portions are big because the people who eat here work hard and need the energy. We try to keep the prices low so everyone can afford a meal. It is a basic setup, but it works for us and for the people who live and work around Mahendranagar. We do not change the menu much, just keep it to the items that people like and can eat every day without getting bored of it.
