Sahajanand Restaurants

Sahajanand Restaurants is located on Mavdi Main Road in Rajkot. We are right across from the Platinum Complex, near Bapasitaram Chowk. This part of Rajkot is always busy. There’s a lot of traffic and people moving around Mavdi Gam. Our place is pretty straightforward. We open up early and stay busy until late at night. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm in the kitchen. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a delivery is late or the vegetable market didn't have what we needed, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We are just a spot on the road where you can get a meal. I usually sit near the front and watch the chaos of the main road. You see all sorts of people passing by Bapasitaram Chowk. Most of our customers are locals who live in the nearby apartments or people working in the offices at the complex. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We just keep the floors clean and the food ready. It’s a lot of routine work, day in and day out. But there is something nice about being a fixture in the neighborhood. People know they can come here and get what they need without any hassle or pretense.
