Rushi Madras Cafe

Rushi Madras Cafe is located on the 150 Feet Ring Road in Rajkot, not too far from Indira Circle. We are right across from the Ran Vijay Mandap Service on Kalawad Road. It is a busy corner and there is always plenty of traffic passing by. We have been serving south Indian food here for some time now. The cafe is simple, with just enough tables for the locals who stop in for breakfast or a quick snack. We are not trying to be a fancy restaurant with waiters in uniforms. It is just a place where the food is hot and the coffee is strong. Most of our regular customers come from the nearby neighborhoods. We know their usual orders by heart. The kitchen gets started early in the morning because that is when people want their idli and dosa. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour and people have to wait, but nobody seems to mind too much. We do our best to keep things moving and the floor clean. Working on the Ring Road means we see all sorts of people every day. It is a good spot to be in, even if it gets a bit loud outside. We just stay focused on the cooking and making sure the sambar tastes right. It is just a small cafe run by people who live right here in Rajkot and know the tastes.
