We are tucked away in Shri Balkrishna Krupa Bhuvan right on Darbargadh Road. If you know Soni Bazar at all, you know how crowded it gets with all the narrow paths and people rushing about. Our shop is just opposite Haveli Street, which is a big landmark around here. Rajkamal Textiles isn't some fancy corporate office with glass walls. It's a place where we keep our fabric rolls and spend the day dealing with local traders and people from the neighborhood. Most of the time, the front door is open to let a bit of a breeze in, though it usually just brings in the noise from the street. The building is older, so it has that specific smell of concrete and old wood. I’ve spent countless hours here moving boxes and making sure the shelves don't get too dusty. Soni Bazar is always loud, and being near the Haveli means there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside for a break when the sun isn't too hot. There is no big sign that lights up, just our name on the wall. Inside, it's pretty packed because we try to fit as much stock as we can into the space we have. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people are standing inside at once, but we make it work. It’s just how things are in this part of town, and we’ve been here for a good while now.
