Qwiches

We are on the ground floor of Shantiniketan. It's right at Kkv Circle in Rajkot. If you are standing opposite Kkv Hall, you will see us. We started this because we liked making sandwiches. It's not a big place. We have some small tables inside for people to sit down. Most people just take their food to go though. We spend our mornings cutting vegetables and getting the sauces ready for the day. Sometimes the bread delivery is a bit late and we have to wait around. It's just a normal shop. We don't have any fancy posters or bright lights. The fan makes a bit of noise but it keeps the place cool. We see a lot of students coming in from the nearby areas. They usually want something cheap and filling to eat between classes. We try to keep the prices fair. We don't have a big team here. It's usually just me and two other guys. We do all the cleaning and the cooking ourselves. It's a lot of work but it's okay. Sometimes we get really busy and the wait for food is a bit long. We tell people to be patient because we make things as they are ordered. We don't use any special machines for the sandwiches. Everything is done by hand. We've been at this spot for a few years now. The traffic at the circle is always loud. You get used to it after a while. We just stay focused.
