Patel Vihar Restaurant

Our place is Shop No 2-3 in the Merit Complex on University Road in Rajkot. We are located right near Kotecha Chowk and Narayan Bhel, which are landmarks almost everyone in this part of town knows. University Road is always full of energy because of all the students and the shops around. We have been operating from this complex for some time now. Our days are filled with the usual tasks of running a restaurant, from checking supplies to greeting the people who walk in. It’s a busy junction, so there is always noise and movement outside our windows. Rajkot is a city that loves its food and its social life, and being on this road puts us right in the heart of that. We don't have a polished corporate image; we are just regular folks working hard. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a festival procession, but that’s just life here. We know our neighbors in the other shops and we all look out for each other. It’s a friendly atmosphere despite the crowds. We just aim to stay consistent and keep the doors open for our regulars. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a small part of the University Road community, trying to keep things running smoothly. When the evening rush hits, we are all hands on deck until things finally wind down late at night. It’s a long day, but we are used to it.
