Nishat Nonveg Restaurant

If you are walking down Sadarbazar Main Road in Rajkot, you will find us at Nishat Nonveg Restaurant. We are right by Phulchhab Chowk, which is a pretty well-known spot in the 360001 area. Running a non-veg place in this part of town means we stay pretty busy, especially in the evenings when people are heading home. We don't have any fancy talk about our food. We just cook meat and serve it. The kitchen is usually full of steam and the smell of spices. It can get a bit overwhelming when it's crowded, but we've gotten used to the noise over the years. We started this place because we wanted a simple spot on the main road where people could get a decent meal without any fuss. The tables are basic, the menu is what it is, and we don't try to be anything we aren't. Rajkot is a place where people know what they like, so we don't change things up much. We get our supplies from the local market early in the morning to make sure everything is fresh for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is slow, but we make it work. It's just a regular life running a kitchen on a busy street. We aren't looking to become a big chain. We just want to keep the doors open and the stove hot for whoever comes in. The road outside is always being fixed, so there is usually some dust. We keep the screens on the doors closed.
