Neel Da Dhaba Restaurant is right here on Kalavad Road in Rajkot. We’ve been at A G Chowk for quite a while now. If you know the area, it gets pretty busy with traffic and people moving around all day. We just open up and get the stove going early. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. People come in, sit down, and eat what’s ready. Usually, it's the usual dhaba stuff like dal and rotis. My staff and I just try to keep things moving. Sometimes it’s a bit loud because of the road noise outside. We see a lot of regulars who stop by after work. It’s not a place where you’d expect a menu with hundreds of things. We just cook what we know. The kitchen stays hot, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the fans don't keep up with the heat, but that’s just how it is here. We clean the tables as soon as someone leaves. If you’re looking for a quick bite before heading further down Kalavad Road, this is where we are. Nothing more to it. We keep the water cold and the food hot. Some days we run out of certain items early if the lunch rush is bigger than we thought. That’s just part of running a place like this. We don’t overthink it. Just a regular spot for regular people in Rajkot. We like the neighborhood.
